  1. Administrative Tools. This is where participants utilize common operations
  2. Survey Development. This where Surveys are developed, reviewed, and approved.
  3. Survey Implementation. This where Surveys are Implemented.
  4. Survey Execution. This where Surveys are Executed.
  5. Analysis. This where participants use report tools.

In this subprocess, we have the following document types:

Proposed Surveys. These are used to represent the proposed surveys.
Survey Developments. These are used to represent the developed surveys.
Survey Reviews. These are used to represent the reviews for the surveys.
Survey Implementations. These are used to represent the implemented surveys.
Survey Executions. These are used to represent the executed surveys.
Survey Analysis and Reports. These are used to represent the analysis and reports for the surveys.


4. Guidelines

In this subprocess, we have the following Guidelines:

Post-Closeout Manager. This is the person managing the Post-Closeout subprocess.
Distribution Facility Manager. This is the person managing the Distribution Facility.
Survey Developer. This is the person developing the Post-Closeout survey
Survey Implementor. This is the person implementing the Post-Closeout survey
