1. Overview

In this subprocess, we deal with the process of Submissions.

Organization: ORG

2. Play

In this subprocess, the play is divided in several parts:

1. Administrative Tools. This is where participants utilize common operations
2. Registration. This where Publications submittors register themselves.
3. Publications Submission. This where submittors submit Publicationss.
4. Publications In-processing. This where Publicationss are in-processed.
5. Analysis. This where participants use report tools.

3. Documents

In this subprocess, we have the following document types:

Registrations.These are used to represent the registrations.
Publicationss. These are used to represent the submitted Publicationss.
In-Processing Reports. These are used to represent the In-Processing Reports for the submitted Publicationss.
In-Processing Documents. These are used to represent the In-Processing records for the submitted Publicationss.

4. Guidelines

In this subprocess, we have the following Guidelines:

Publications Submission Manager.
Distribution Facility Manager. This is the person managing the Distribution Facility.
Requestor. This is the person submitting the Publications.
Probelms-Solutions Agent. This is the person managing the Problems-Solutions interaction.
Overall Organizations Manager. This is the person managing all the organizations.
Organization Manager.This is the person managing an organization.
Subprocess Manager. This is the person managing a subprocess.

5. Others

In this subprocess, we have the following other tools:

Worksheet. This is the guidelines for the manager/director.
Credits. These are the people partaking in this organization's production.
References. These are other references.
All-Files. These are all the view files.
