In this subprocess, we deal with the process of Building Software. This is where Projects design, build, and test their Software.

In this subprocess, the play is divided in several parts:

1. Administrative Tools. This is where participants utilize common operations.
2. Preliminaries. This is where participants perform preliminary activities before Software development operations.
3. Demonstrating Software. This is where participants demonstrate mockups for potential customers.
4. Contracting Software. This is where participants contract with customers for Software development .
5. Designing Software. This is where participants design Software .
6. Implementing Software. This is where participants implement Software .
7. Testing Software. This is where participants test Software .
8. Analysis. This is where reports are generated.
