In this subprocess, the play is divided in several parts:

  1. Administrative Tools. This is where participants utilize common operations.
  2. Submit Help Request. This is where participants submits requests.
  3. Review and Assign Help Request. This is where requests are reviewed and assigned to executors.
  4. Execute Help Request. This is where requests are executed.
  5. Closeout Help Request. This is where requests are closed out.
  6. Follow-up Help Request. This is where requests are followed-up.
  7. Analysis. This is where participants use report tools.

Submited Help Requests. These are used to represent the Submited Help Requests.

Using EHBs Manager. This is the person managing the Using EHBs subprocess.

Help Requests Reviewer and Assigner. This is the person reviewing and assigning the Help Requests.
Help Requests Executor. This is the person executing the Help Requests.
Help Requests Closer. This is the person closing the Help Requests.
