In this subprocess, the play is divided in several parts:

  1. Administrative Tools. This is where participants utilize common operations
  2. Register Key Players. This is where key players are registered.
  3. Guidelines Development. This is where the Review & Selection Guidelines are created.
  4. In-Processing. This is where proposal are prepared for reviewers.
  5. Proposal Responsibilites. This is where proposal assignments are made to reviewers.
  6. Proposal Reviews. This is where the proposals are reviewed.
  7. Topic Recommendations. This is where Topic recommendations are made.
  8. Field Center Recommendations. This is where Field Center recommendations are made.
  9. Mission Directorate Recommendations. This is where Mission Directorate recommendations are made.
  10. Selections. This is where Selections are made.
  11. Announcements and Notifications. This is where Announcements and Notifications are made.
  12. Debriefings. This is where Debriefings are distributed.
  13. Analysis. This is where participants use report tools.

Program Manager. This is the manager of all the program.
Source Selection Official. This is the Source Selection Official of the program.
Mission Directorate Representative. This is the Mission Directorate Representative of the program.
Field Center Program Manager. This is the Field Center Program Manager of the program.
Lead Topic Manager. This is the Lead Topic Manager of the program.
Participating Topic Manager. This is the Participating Topic Manager of the program.
Reviewer. This is the Review of the proposal.
Peer Reviewer. This is the Peer Reviewer of the program.
Field Center Technology Manager. This is the Field Center Technology Manager of the program.
Organization Manager. This is the manager of all the organization.
Overall Organizations Manager. This is the person managing the overall Organizations.
