In this subprocess, we deal with the process of Directives/Agreement Closeouts.

2. Play

In this subprocess, the play is divided in several parts:

  1. Administrative Tools. This is where participants utilize common operations
  2. Register Key Players. This is where key players are registered.
  3. Final Deliverables. This is where Final Deliverables are submitted, reviewed, and accepted.
  4. Adding Advisors. This is where Advisors are added and assigned to Directives.
  5. Final Closeouts. This is where Directives are officially closed-out
  6. Analysis. This is where participants use report tools.

3. Documents

In this subprocess, we have the following document types:

Registrations. These are used to provide user Registrations.
Directives. These are used to represent Directives folders.
Deliverables Tables. These are used to represent Deliverables Tables.
Final Deliverables. These are used to represent Final Deliverables.
Advisors. These are used to represent Advisors.
Final Closeouts. These are used to represent Libraries.
Registrations. These are used to provide user Registrations.


4. Guidelines

In this subprocess, we have the following Guidelines:

Closeout Manager. This is the manager of the Closeout subprocess.
Directives Manager. This is the overall manager of all the Directives.
Program Manager. This is the manager of all the program.
Field Center Directives Manager. This is the manager of the Field Center Directives Program.
Directives Specialist. This is the manager of the Directives interaction with the awardee.
GTR. This is the Directives Technical Representitive.
JPL Technical Monitor. This is the JPL Directives Technical Representitive.
Awardee. This is the awardee of the Directives.
Advisor. This is the mission advisor to the Directives.
Topic Manager. This is the Topic manager of the program.
Budget Personnel. This is the Budget personnel of the program.
New Technology Reviewer. This is the manager of the program.
Mission Directorate Representative. This is the Mission Directorate Representative of the program.
Field Center Program Manager. This is the Field Center Program Manager of the program.
Organization Manager. This is the manager of all the organization.
Overall Organizations Manager. This is the person managing the overall Organizations.
