1. Overview

In this subprocess, we deal with the process of Agreement Administration. This is an agreement is being executed between technology providers and technology needers.

In this subprocess, the play is divided in several parts:

1. Administrative Tools. This is where participants utilize common operations
2. Final Agreement Deliverables. This is where the technology providers send deliverables to the technology needers.
3. Adding Advisors. This is where new specialists get involved in the agreement to facilitate transfer.
4. Agreement Modifications. This is where agreements and deliverables are modified.
5. Analysis. This is where participants use report tools.

In this subprocess, we have the following document types:

Agreements. These are used to represent the agreements.
Agreement Deliverables Tables. These are used to represent the deliverables tables for the agreements.
Agreement Deliverables. These are used to represent the deliverables for the agreements.
Agreement Deliverables Reviews. These are used to represent the reviews for the deliverables of the agreements.
Agreement Deliverables Approvals. These are used to represent the approvals for the deliverables for the agreements.
Advisors. These are used to represent the advisors for the agreements.
Assigned Advisors. These are used to represent the assigned advisors for the agreements.
Closeout Approvals. These are used to represent the approvals for the closeouts for the agreements.
Closeout Reviews. These are used to represent the reviews for the closeouts of the agreements.
